Hi HN!<p>My name is Ahmad and I am the co-founder of Blossom.team (https://blossom.team). We empower employees to share and receive feedback with their peers and managers, anonymously.<p>Performance reviews today are broken. Most companies lack a review process entirely, or have one that is super subjective, hierarchical, or infrequent. Today more than 70% of employees want regular and growth-oriented feedback – yet over 80% haven’t received feedback in the last 6 months. To confound this further, only 8% of HR leaders think the current performance reviews are effective.<p>So instead of waiting around for organizations, we move performance reviews away from HR control and into the hands of employees. Employees have the ability to go on Blossom.team and search their colleagues. After which, they can provide objective feedback by scoring them along a list of predefined criteria and sub-criteria (e.g., leadership skills, coaching and development, etc.) that we developed based on our prior research. We have currently deployed across 3 companies – with an additional 2 scheduled for this week. We have a waitlist of 7 companies currently, but since they’re quite large we are looking to add to smaller/start-ups (e.g., less than 500 FTE) to our private beta program.<p>We would love to get your thoughts/feedback on Blossom.team (and if you’re interested, join our waitlist).
