I'm a fan and supporter of the EFF. And I'm not a huge fan of Nintendo. And yet, I find myself in favor of there being some social platforms where you can _escape_ from the grim realities of the "outside world".
On one hand, I suppose it's possible that a Nintendo Switch is the only outlet for protest or other speech for some people.
On the other hand, at what point is someone's right to speech interfering with other's rights to relax and decompress? Is a company allowed to set up a place for pure entertainment?
I keep trying to think of real-world analogies and the best I can come up with is someone wearing an obnoxious t-shirt to a specific venue where it is going to disrupt and disturb the other attendees.
