A very cute article to read. Did the author just describe the 'actions' of Antifa and Black Lives Matter?
It looks to me that the writer maybe should explain the 'peaceful' destruction of small businesses, courthouses, arsons of buildings, deliberate police provocation, 'peaceful' confrontations towards passers-by, committing murder in cold-blood (with no sign of any aggressors), assaults against those who disagree with them and attacking anyone who records their 'peaceful' protests? The irony here is that they are becoming like fascists themselves.
I'm sorry but the authors use of the word 'fascism' is now overused and trivialised to the point where it loses its meaning and is used to create a slippery slope spooky bedtime story.
The correct word the author is looking for is 'authoritarianism'. Not 20 uses of the word 'fascism' which isn't the case today in America and also the childish remote comparisons with Trump and Hitler.
