Yeah, better for Apple. As an apple user, I do NOT want sign-in by Apple as the only option available in an app - I would like the choice to decide who to trust with my data or how to share it. Apple having a stranglehold on its users data is not good for us consumers nor for the developers of these app, and both the developers and consumers should boycott such attempt at lock-in.<p>It's time that Apple developers form a union to dictate reasonable terms with the behemoth.
I'll admit that I use Facebook (and Google) for several things, even knowing the risks. I think a lot of us are stuck using what's available which is unfortunate considering all the content that tells us it's not the best idea.
