I was wondering whether expenses for setting up home office or work from home setup were covered by the company. How does it work in your organization, what's included, what's not and how should one go about it?
We got a offered a small reimbursement for needed tools and materials, I haven't really taken advantage of that since I already had a full workplace setup for on-call shifts.
