It&#x27;s utterly incomprehensible that a law like this can exist..<p>It seems so &quot;common sense&quot; that if you&#x27;ve got your stuff taken away by the police because they suspect it is involved in a crime, then you&#x27;ll get said stuff back if you&#x27;re not convicted of said crime, or if the stuff cannot be definitely proven as being involved in a crime.
