This is a must-watch video. At a time when we see the world gripped in a state of near madness and lunatic logic coming out Washington, Burke offers us rays of hope.<p>Burke is brilliant, and he's not lost a hint of the lively panache, intelligence and insightfulness that he had 50 years ago, if anything he's better now than he ever was.
