Hi HN,<p>For those of you working on SaaaS projects from your house, do you have any tips that have helped you complete projects on time and stay focused?<p>Also are there any good books on this topic (because I couldn't find any on az).<p>I'm mainly looking for tips on how to stay organized, on track and dealing with feelings of being overwhelmed by work when working alone.<p>Appreciate your suggestions.
Every Sunday I document the tasks for the week, and commit them to source control. I also include business tasks as Online Marketing and Sales reach. Releasing often (every week) is a good motivational rush.
