Apparently this is not true for Little Snitch v5.
My three Macs are all running Mojave and I have no plans to upgrade to Catalina or Big Sur.
I hope you will create a release of v5 that is compatible with Mojave.

Unfortunately, there will not be a version 5 of Little Snitch that will be compatible with macOS Mojave,
because the technology used in Little Snitch 5 is specifically compatible with macOS Big Sur
