A few years ago, there was an obituary in the papers of a journalist who thought that Nixon was robbed. He claimed that Nixon called him and said that the times were too serious, what with the Cold War, to be challenging the legitimacy of the election.
It's entirely possible that he was in fact robbed. However he still conceded, just as Al Gore did in 2000. Its just extraordinary that Trump may not concede.
