Apple Drops App Store Fees to 15% for All Small Developers

This is huge news. I hope they also make the registration fees one time instead of yearly.<p>P.S. Hope Google also follows suit.

Obviously, they are doing it to avoid a potential anti trust lawsuit.

Are they doing it as an instant jump past the fist 1mill, or more like bracketing, so that your first $1m is at 15% and anything on top of that is at 30%? I think that would make much more sense.
