Facebook did the rational thing as a profit maximizer.<p>Every profit maximizer will hire hire cheaper inputs as labor or products that does similar things.<p>If the government wants to limit discrimination against US workers than it should eliminate or limit outside competition and immigrants.<p>The same also applies across all industries.
