Title could probably do with some indication that it's a response to Rachel's post. The actual subject line ("Wireguard [sic]: great protocol, but skip the Mac app" blog post) wouldn't be a bad starting point.

I don't know how Tailscale does it, but you do get a popup when trying to upgrade with the daemon running.
