This is most interesting. I didn&#x27;t realize Jimi Hendrix&#x27;s music (at least Purple Haze) is now Public Domain in Canada.<p>I imagine this doesn&#x27;t include his cover songs, such as those from Bob Dillan.<p>I have often read that Hendrix&#x27; music will never be public domain in my lifetime because of record companies buying the rights. Is any of that true?
