For those who are still under lockdown, what are you working on / building / learning?
7 months ago: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23170881
I started a business helping small UK companies claim the R&D tax credit with an old friend.
I'm not giving up the day job yet, but it's going well.
If you run a UK company and you developed new products or even just found new uses for existing products, give up a ring!
It's not just software either, we've done claims for construction and manufacturing too. We got some really nice testimonials. Our first client came to us pretty desperate after she had to close due to covid. No revenue meant no wages but we got her claim in and paid in 3 weeks.
https://randee.london/
First one is https://insanewriters.net - a basic writing interface that is secure by obfuscation (i.e. don't lose the URL, you won't be able to find it again). I posted some info at https://insanewriters.net/w/about and https://insanewriters.net/w/idea
I created this because I got tired of not being able to go to museums and art galleries.
It is super straight forward, you get an email everyday with one new piece of art.
https://randomdailyart.com
