I know that product management can be a very lucrative and personally rewarding career so I am looking for courses, ideally free courses that I can take to gain more knowledge and skills.
I know that there are countless resources out there (free ones, too) but suggestions from anyone here would be great.
Thank you in advance!
I don't know any courses personally. But highly recommend the book Badass by Kathy Sierra[1]. It won't necessarily tell you everything you need to know about product management. But it will tell you what you need to about really creating good product. Which is the core of the product management skill set.
Everything else that you build into the skill set will be built around this. So definitely worth starting with.
[1] - Kathy Sierra "Badass" https://www.amazon.com/Badass-Making-Awesome-Kathy-Sierra/dp...
I suggest that you look for Product School. They are offering free courses and offers courses on 6 different topics.
What I like about this school is that all instructors are active product managers at top technology companies.
I’m thinking about scrum product master certificate (it’s not free), it might be more recognized profesionally (next to neverending courses and content you can get your hands on)
