Futuristic sleeping pods for homeless people installed in German city

I want to see how these look after a month or two. I might be wrong but I imagine they will be filled with human waste and needles. They would end up like that in my home city.

I can guarantee you that if these were deployed in Los Angeles they would not be described as "futuristic" by the Los Angeles Times.
