One of my personal problems with wayland is that electron and other chromium apps can't properly fractionally scale, they're all blurry.<p>The bigger issue to me is that there are hundreds of little issues like this that make it painful to use wayland still.
This is fanatic news. I use Wayland for my day to day (per-monitor scaling in GNOME is reason enough) and more adoption will bring wider software support. Not that XWayland is much of a problem, but it would still be nice to kill it off or make it very rare.
