I wonder if this will accelerate the adoption of decentralized open-source tools like DeFi applications and Signal, etc.<p>We might end up with many different "flavors" of the internet based on geopolitics but also with a popular standard set of decentralized tools for social networks, communication, finance, content sharing that transcend state boundaries.
