Link also mentions that Heymann (Ortiz’s chief of cybercrime) knew Swartz was suicidal and didn’t give a shit.<p>Also of note: apparently MIT had an unlimited access license to JSTOR. Which suggests the question: what, exactly, did Swartz even do that was illegal?
