You can pry my Xiaomi 10 Note from my cold dead hands, best phone I've own. The only downside to it is that Android is terrible and has continually gotten worse or failed to fix any bugs that impact me for 5 years now.<p>Ironically, my Huawei notebook is similar. Best hardware I've ever owned, too bad it runs best with a terrible operating system that finds it acceptable to destory the user's data will-nilly to install unwanted patches, without consent.
I've quite liked that the devices are often rootable/usable without an internet connection in contrast to most other internet of shit. It's probably accidental, or at least an outcome of having to cut development costs to undercut competitors but it's made me always go for xiaomi devices when i'm buying new stuff.
