Disney Keeps 80% of Streaming Revenue by Calling It ‘Home Video’

Cool, so if from a licensing perspective streaming is legally equivalent to VHS, then I can borrow my friends 'home videos' and resell my old copies of 'home videos' after I watch them and don't want them anymore?

Not surprising. Disney has a long track record of screwing over artists to maximize their own revenue using legally questionable tactics.
