Do you have examples of super simple software that are intuitive for 5 yearolds?

I'm stuck on figuring out how to simplify the software product, and was wondering if the community knows of any good products to share for inspirations!
Currently we have a MVP to put together interview questions to prepare students/undergrads for their interviews. Would love to get some feedback on how to make it easier.
https://kinobits.kinobi.asia/questions/public

Most five year olds are just learning to read, so it's helpful to have visual cues like pictures or colorful areas on the screen so you can instruct them to, say, 'make a selection from the blue area' or 'click on the part next to the circles'.
After a quick look at your app, I think it could use more visual cues which are appropriate for your users.
