Seems like they're very different businesses without much overlap and if I was a Square shareholder I'd be upset that they're buying a music streaming business, especially one that's not even one of the top 3 streaming services. If Spotify bought Stripe or PayPal, we'd have questions about that too (yes, PayPal is too big to buy but go with the idea).
