The "anti-porn" filter will of course be bogus, just like the police dogs that can "sniff out" porn: https://ca.news.yahoo.com/utah-police-introduce-porn-sniffin... which are also from Utah, and suggest a trend or the presence of a vein of something.
These efforts all fail, mainly because there's no definition of porn other than "I know it when I see it", much less an algorithm to detect porn. You can cite Rigan Ap-Apid's "An Algorithm for Nudity Detection" (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/249767252_An_Algori...) but nudity is a good deal different than "porn", and Ap-Apid's algorithm doesn't actually work well.
I'm glad that the world's pyramid scheme capital has decided to focus on such a dangerous problem that destroys lots of livelihoods and careers each year.
(/s in case it isn't obvious - Utah is a safe haven for pyramid schemes if you weren't aware)
