To some extent it depends on your role power within the org to make changes, but something everyone can do is to constantly talk about the culture with your team, this can be in one on ones, or group settings.
You can say something like “our business makes sure you have everything you need to be productive, we have a strong home office budget you can use to get anything need like monitors or keyboards or a nice chair or whatever.”
Even saying this to one person has a positive impact and makes people feel like the team has their back.
Or “we are super solution oriented so if you get stuck please immediately speak with someone in the team and we can help remove the roadblocks or teach you how to do the thing”
This tells the person our culture is about supporting and developing people and also sets the tone for being solution oriented for when dealing with customers as well.
If you can say a few sentences a day to a few people about “how the team should work” either internally or with your customers then you are partially driving the culture of the organisation.
