Ask HN: How to Find Project Buddies?

1 pointsby lpolzerabout 4 years ago
I'm looking to start a new project on the Solana blockchain, and would like to work with a Rust developer to implement the backend. There's no budget yet aside from my time and effort, but if we get an MVP of the backend done then I will happily hire a freelance frontend guy to get us a matching frontend MVP.
Any idea where I could find a teammate like that?
Thanks.

Reach to forums on block chain with a proposal for your idea and see if anyone is interested. The quickest way to get interest is to open source your initial implementation. It can be quite difficult to find someone competent to work for free on proprietary code based on just your idea
