This is why the other CEOs refused to give the &quot;simple yes or no&quot; answer demanded by Representative Doyle.<p>If you try to give context you are attacked for being evasive, if you play along, your &quot;admission of guilt&quot; becomes front-page news.<p>This is not to say the big tech platforms could not have done more, clearly they could, and asking what more could have been done would have been a good thing to ask them.<p>Come to think of it, it would be a good question for Representative Mike Doyle to ask himself and his colleagues in Congress as well.
