I think many issues could be resolved for woman if they:<p>a) take good care of their bodies, since men value beauty a lot - it&#x27;s important to look good in order to find a male mate, also at age 35+<p>b) give up on being hypergamous<p>But point b) is the most difficult to resolve, since it&#x27;s almost part of a woman&#x27;s biology. A woman tries to marry up. But if a woman is a high achiever, perhaps she should consider to marry down. Either way, there&#x27;s a limit on high achieving men and these men are anyway more likely to date and marry younger woman. So these men will be a difficult &quot;catch&quot; for older high achieving woman anyways.<p>If a high achieving, high earning woman marries down, it can make sense for the man to focus more on family and house-hold chores. He will most likely have more time to dedicate to those tasks anyways, due to his position.
