Eagerly waiting for the day this is done to x64 AND Memory. Imagine one of these Jumbo dies for Compute and Networking, another for Memory. Current Top 500th super computer have ~30,000 cores.... We shouldn't be far away. :) Current top of the line x64 chip could well be the BMC chip of this imaginary computer. ;)
