(Btw, Ukraine has a booming industry of amateur/early startups building drones for military use - from smallish for scouting, situation awareness and fire targeting to heavier ones used for strikes (though not anywhere close to Reaper, it is more of platoon level use mostly for dropping semi-DYI munitions) - i think there are chances that at some point it will surface as civil drone powerhouse)
