Nvidia Updates GeForce RTX 3060 Ethereum Throttle

Doesn't matter. People just won't update from the old firmware. Horse has left barn. Door no longer matters.

This seems pointless on so many fronts, especially a waste of engineering resources at Nvidia. Last time they accidentally broken their own throttle.
