The only commonality about the 'Havana Syndrome' that has occurred in Cuba, China, Australia and Washington is that the victims were all Government Employees.
I have said for some time that these occurrences are some form of "Industrial Accident". In other words, the victims have work-related injuries and so could possibly claim thousands in compensation from their employers.
By blaming other adversaries, the Government is trying to squirm out of paying the compensation that is deserved for the Government activities causing the victims' injuries.
