Hello Everyone.<p>I am the Founder of an Enterprise SaaS startup in India. We have lately grown fast, from 15 members to 85+ members in the last 1-year.<p>As the team grew, we faced our own team and work management problems. A big challenge that we faced is that of constant follow-ups with internal team members for various tasks. Basically, a person A assigns a task to person B. Later, A forgets it and B also forgets it and the task never gets completed.<p>Maintaining this task list and the follow-ups is tedious. For instance, the Sales Team has to follow-up with the Product Team for some feature releases. Person A can simply enter the task details on the tool and assign it to person B. Person B will then get automatic periodic reminders over email. The best part is that the person A will also get email reminders when the due date is approaching.<p>The tool essentially automates the following activities:<p>- Remembering the tasks
- Follow-ups with team members for task completion
