This article is very on point.<p>Most of the time tasks go in an out of the list and we lack a meaningful strategy or prioritization.<p>I can only suggest applying over-scheduling or time-blocking. Reason: most apps don't really combine tasks and agendas very well (see OmniFocus or Things that only display external calendar events), or they can sync calendars bidirectionally but lack a proper agenda view (Todoist falls short even with their recent updates). As a side note, Amazing Marvin is the winner here although with the cost of not being cheap and having an extremely hard learning curve.<p>This in fact becomes an opportunity to separate executing tasks and planning them ahead, as you only have 24 hours per day and this becomes obvious when you drop your tasks into the calendar.
