It is the users that need help, not the OEMs. When you buy a desktop replacement laptop and some of thr usb ports dont work it isn't becsuse Intel didn't help The OEM it is because the OEM just doean't care.<p>It mostly works the other way. Intel mad a batxh of Xe 'graphics' cards that can't be put in front of consumers so Dell will fill a warehouse in Texas with them until they landfill them in Louisiana like the Atari E.T. cartridges.
