It is the users that need help, not the OEMs. When you buy a desktop replacement laptop and some of thr usb ports dont work it isn&#x27;t becsuse Intel didn&#x27;t help The OEM it is because the OEM just doean&#x27;t care.<p>It mostly works the other way. Intel mad a batxh of Xe &#x27;graphics&#x27; cards that can&#x27;t be put in front of consumers so Dell will fill a warehouse in Texas with them until they landfill them in Louisiana like the Atari E.T. cartridges.
