WE'RE a young, venture backed company looking for our first designer. Our early product already has a lot of paying customers and our investors are some of the best in the valley, including SV Angel and the inventor of Gmail.<p>YOU'RE more than someone who can pick the right colors. No one has built what we're building before, so you'll need to be able to solve novel interface problems. You know that doing many iterations is key to good design and you fight to keep things simple. You'll cover the wall with print outs of every page on the site so you can constantly scan for improvements.<p>Must have mastery of HTML and CSS.
