If you want to regulate, limit the number of homes that a person can own and avoid paying taxes. My neighbor pays 1/3 property tax as me on his rented out investment property.

The housing market could use some regulation.<p>Against price fixing and other anti-competitive practices.<p>Against using housing as investments, generally.<p>Against free money for homeowners but not renters.<p>Against redlining.

The regulations in question are local governments&#x27; building regulations that artificially limit the supply of new houses.
