If this means cadmium can be used to help control this invasive pest in Queensland, where its escaped every ring boundary around the breakout since landing this would be super good.<p>(bad quarantine of mud covered mining equipment coming into the port of Brisbane is believed to have brought them onshore, and they got established while council and state eradication programmes were still in their infancy)<p>That said, isn&#x27;t Cadmium pollution quite bad for people? I&#x27;m pretty sure we don&#x27;t want to just scatter this over the ground like salting the fields of Carthage.
