I think language regulation are divisive, antiquated, and conductive of a toxic workplace atmosphere.<p>This isn&#x27;t even professionalism to me, because it marginalizes formal distance and etiquette to forbidden words. On the contrary, it fails to reflect why professional distance can actually be of benefit in some cases.<p>This doesn&#x27;t necessarily include conduct between employees.
