I always feel like it's hard to get general step by step advice on how to start something new including the tools needed to start. For example, when I wanted to learn a new coding language I would go to youtube. But what about when I wanted to build specific simple web app from scratch? If you go to stack overflow for something that broad you get downvoted to hell. If you go to quora it may not get a catered answer. In the end I would have to spend a long time going around the web piecing together things to get started.<p>So I built a place where you can go to ask where to start something new. I hacked it together so it doesn't have a lot of features. At the moment we're focused on new and experienced software developers.
