I am going to make a prevision here, just on a hunch ...This will not go well for Apple.<p>I am saying that just based on this: Their executives dared to claim in court they do not know how much the App Store is making in profit for their bottom line :-) <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.bbc.com&#x2F;news&#x2F;technology-57199547" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.bbc.com&#x2F;news&#x2F;technology-57199547</a><p>Hints of lack of preparation for their court appearance. Showing arrogance against the court does not normally play out well with a judge. A reissue of the attitude that caused the troubles Microsoft got itself into years ago.

The bank argument was interesting. Wells Fargo may not apply, but what about Venmo? Venmo lives on mobile devices and that transaction would not exist without the App Store.
