~“…cannot bear offspring and thus are not productive.”<p>Not all heterosexual people produce offspring; is that okay? There are other ways to contribute to survival of humans. Teaching, for example. Maybe it’s not so much survival that matters (aside from what seems to be the point of life: automated resource conversion) as thriving? We’re all going to die anyway; why make life harder for people based on their sexuality? Seems to be enough of us making babies already. Maybe too many, given our resource-conversation rate.
