Opinion: Caste bigotry is real. And it's rampant in the Bay Area

I’ve been curious for a while- where do USA citizens of Euro, African and/or Hispanic origins land in the eyes of those who live by caste? Totally outside of it? Mildly categorized as similar to some relative caste?
