I've used Android for over 10 years – I'm switching to an iPhone 12 Mini

OP here. I’m in same situation. I switched from Pixel 4 XL to iPhone 12 Pro Max in December.
While iOS isn’t as bad as I feared, its voice assistant, keyboard, and overall flexibility are much poorer than Google.
On flexibility specifically, I observe Apple being bigger into opinionated software than others, so I’m sure that plays into my perception.
I still heavily use Google’s apps over Apple’s, in almost every case, so I have de-Apple-ized my phone significantly. But Safari is the only browser I can use that works with adblock, and other iOS browsers are really just Safari under the covers anyway.
I’m carefully watching the Pixel 6.
