In Australia at least, the wearing of wedding rings can be dated back to about the 1950s when lots of European migrants arrived. Those migrants were mainly from Greece and Italy, though many refugees from other European nationalities also arrived post-WW2.<p>Prior to that, when the population was almost all of Anglo-Saxon (British) descent, it was very unusual to see men wearing wedding rings,

I would assume that&#x27;s regional too? I&#x27;m in my 20s, and rings don&#x27;t seem particularly common? Is it that much stricter in the UK? or has it become less of a thing in the past 10 years?
