Ask HN: Apple Silicon for DevOps Engineers

Hey, I&#x27;ll be graduating from university at the end of August and starting a job as a DevOps Engineer in September. The company will let me choose which MacBook I want to use. I already have an M1 MBP and am very happy with it and would like to use it in my job.<p>My question now after 7 months is how usable `arm64` is supported in the different DevOps areas (also via Rosetta) and how it looks like with the current 16GB RAM limit.<p>The alternative would be the 16&quot; Intel MBP, but the screen size is beside the point.
