I don't like that in the blue image, the horizontal 'bar' in the window frame is a different colour blue to the rest of the background image.
I'm looking forward to what to come as an Ubuntu user who is dying by a thousand cuts of small (and not so small) annoyances. Would love to try WSL2 out but kind of scared of Windows which I haven't used over a decade now. Hope this new thing is attractive enough to switch over.
Is there any information that indicates that they're launching a next-generation Windows, as the title says? All the linked page says is that there will be an "event" about "what's next for Windows".
