After 17 years, we finally "cracked" a $100M churn problem at PayPal

Couldn't possibly be that PayPal is a comically subpar service which is why I and several other people/freelancers/businesses I know quit using it. The 2 times I attempted to use Paypal were absolute nightmares and their customer service is practically non-existent. With so many viable alternatives now there is no legitimate reason to use Paypal anymore.
