Do you have more details? I would be interested in understanding this specific situation a little better - can you tell us a little more about what the job requirements are? What type of salary range?<p>I would guess that these days that Clojure isn't "popular" in a large sense so you have developers who would rather build their careers on more recognizable programming languages (java, javascript, c#, etc).
